Notification for overdue invoices
When an invoice is not paid beyond its due date and grace period, all subscriptions listed on it are suspended. Now, when a Company admin logs into a marketplace, a warning message is displayed to notify them about such overdue invoices. This message will first appear on the My Apps page and then on other pages in the marketplace.
Although the warning can be dismissed, it will reappear every 24 hours until overdue invoices are cleared.
Feature enablement
This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
Setting enablement
This feature can be enabled by a Marketplace Manager from Manage > Marketplace > Billing Functionality > Invoices > Overdue Invoices Alerting Enabled.
